I would zig zag them otherwise. So if you are doing a sectional, you have a couple different options. I pinned where the seam is across that top edge, and snipped the fabric a few times where I wanted it to turn the corner easily:. It pairs perfectly with my striped ticking chairs I upholstered not too long ago…. It was not difficult, more measuring, pinning, fitting and repeat that was so time consuming. I would have to see it to make any other suggestions. This is crazy good in so many ways!

The Interior Frugalista 4. I think I would be more comfortable doing an envelope cover, but I doubt that would even work for the bottom cushions, because. THe sofa and the loveseat I am comfortable with but I am just curious — retangualr, no frills…. I will probably only buy the ikea slipcovered couches from now on because they are comfortable, inexpensive, hold up well, and the slipcovers are readily available and affordable.
